Curried Ham & Orzo Salad

In a large pot of boiling salted water cook according to directions (5-8 minutes):
   1 cup orzo pasta (6 ounces)
Drain and rinse with cold water and place in a large bowl. Then add and toss to mix:
   3/4 cup diced HoneyBaked Ham
   1 can of drained Mandarin oranges
   3 celery sticks diced
   1/3 cup diced green pepper
   4 green onions, thinly sliced
In a small bowl, whisk together:
   1/3 cup mayonnaise
   1/3 cup plain yogurt
   2 tablespoons chutney
   3/4 teaspoon curry powder
Stir this into pasta mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Divide onto 6 lettuce lined salad plates and sprinkle with:
   1/3 cup peanuts

Makes 6 side-dish servings
