Toss together:
1 bag pre-washed mixed salad greens
1 1/2 cups HoneyBaked Ham cut into julienne strips
3/4 cup drained and rinsed canned black beans
Prepare Dressing and spoon over top
DRESSING:
In a blender or food processor, combine and puree until smooth:
1 roasted and peeled red bell pepper (or 1 jar pimentos)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
