Turkey, Snow Pea & Ramen Salad

In a large bowl combine:
   2 packages of broken up Oriental Flavor Ramen style noodles (Uncooked-Reserve seasoning
   packets for dressing)
   1 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
   1 cup fresh Snow Peas, trimmed & julienned lengthwise
   1/2 red bell pepper, diced
   1/2 to 3/4 head Napa Cabbage sliced thin (slaw style)
   1 1/4 cup diced HoneyBaked Turkey (Oven roasted or Smoked)
   1/2 cup chopped Peanuts (dry roasted or blistered)

In a smaller mixing bowl, make the dressing by combining:
   1 clove minced garlic
   2 teaspoons minced ginger
   1 teaspoon sugar
   1/4 cup orange juice
   2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
   2 tablespoons Tamari style soy sauce
   The soup seasoning packets

Stir to blend and then gradually whisk in:
   2 tablespoons sesame oil
   1 tablespoon hot chili sesame oil
   1 tablespoon peanut or olive oil

Toss salad ingredients with dressing and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours or up to a day ahead (to let the noodles soften and soak up the flavors.

Before serving, toss one more time and sprinkle with:
   2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
   1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro (Optional)
